the plan part of my "plan"...


well, i went for my first consultation
and weigh-in yesterday.
i have a good six months of the perfect plan
diet plan ahead of me...

this plan doesn't require exercise...
but...
in the last 17 hours,
i have been to the grocery store twice,
prepared and drank hot, fresh lemonade,
prepared and baked oat bran muffins,
eaten one of the muffins as well as fruit and eggs,
drunk 20 oz. water, made tofu dressing,
and...
i have baked 8 chicken breasts.

whew!!!

there is exercise involved:P

i am getting excited though
about the prospect of not looking like a whale
in my bathing suit when we head to cancun
in april:)

Good for you D!! although you're beautiful just the way you are!! I really need to look at doing something too! This getting older thing brings with it so many changes, whoever said "40 is the new 30" was lying :P good luck on your journey to an even more gorgeous you!

Good luck with the new plan...I'm rootin' for ya sister!

I had to work the plan myself this last year and lost 10 pounds. Believe me, if I can do it, anyone can! After those first few pounds drop off, you just get in the groove and it becomes a way of life. Good luck and keep us posted!
