meanwhile, from across the pond...

came "royal mail",
two, yummy, sparkling, scented packages!!!

the postman delivered both of these packages
yesterday afternoon...

what a delightful surprise on a dreary, gray day
here on the lane!!!

thank you so much, tabitha and amanda!!!
(and tania, who came up with this wonderful idea:)

first, i opened this from tabitha:

a darling, twinkling, star key chain,
a photo card of her twinkle, twinkle little stars...
dan and lauren (aren't they adorable???),
and last but not least a box of ferrero rocher chocolates:b

you may notice one of the chocolates
is missing. now, who on the lane would
have eaten it before i could even get a
photo???

next, i opened these goodies from amanda:

these are a few of her favorite things...

chocolate biscuits (i'd never heard of them though i had inquired:)
and some wonderfully scented bath and body goodies!!!

hmmm... you may notice that the
chocolate biscuit package was also
opened prior to my photography.
someone on the lane must have been
very impatient and hungry for chocolate???

OK.IT.WAS.ME!!!
I.AM.PMS'D.
AND.CHOCOLATE.WAS.JUST.WHAT.
THE.DR.ORDERED:b

(rotflmao!!!)

and, omgoodness, it was YUMMO!!!
thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much, my dear friends:)
i love it ALL and you, too:D

love and God's blessings,
dani xx

I keep being reminded that there is more to this blogging than just the written word. I need to star amassing addresses and occasionally send of little packages of my owm. It looks so fun.

Oh goodie ~ it arrived in one piece ~ I am so glad!! Hope you liked it ~ I had no idea what to send and it was actually Lauren that chose the keyrings ~ because of the stars!!
Those biscuits that Amanda sent are yummy ~ I remember having the chocolate ones.....all those months ago BD (that stands for Before Diet ha ha !!).
Enjoy your gifts my sweet friend ~ you deserve them, and thank you sooo much for your support and friendship through this year ~ it has meant more than you will ever know.
Love and big hugs Tabitha XXX

I'm so glad that it arrived in one piece!
Now you know what a chocolate biscuit is! (that's why i'm overweight ~ i know them too well!)
The smelly stuff is made locally in The Isle of Arran ~ and did you know that there is a mountain in Arran called Goat Fell. And i'm not pulling your leg! (i know you like goats tee-hee)
I'm so blessed to have met you ~ you are a great friend,

I'm patiently (trying!) keeping the Ferrero's in the cupboard till Christmas eve, so the entire family can enjoy them after dinner.

Mmmmm, chocolate....
