Hmm, the only things I can think of that have not already been mentioned are kinda irreverant, like, a really good life insurance policy for him made out with Mary as the beneficiary. But thats bad of me so I guess I'll have to bow out of this one.
if he's still born in a manger (or, as we call them these days, a "barn"), i'd think he'd be a lot more interested in a bottle of formula and a fleece blanket than gold, frankincense and myrrh.
so i guess i'd bring that. and i'd let him borrow my polar bear for company, but i'd want him back (preferably drool- and puke-free)

A whisper in His ear of love and a kiss on his cheek, a nice cozy blanket and a hug to his mother and father.
I should think about this a little more though in my mind :) Great thought.

A good capsule for the car rides so he is safe!
A mobile phone for Mum and Dad so that they can send his photos straight to all of thier friends by SMS!
A Nappy Nannie so that Mary and Joseph can spend their time with Baby Jesus and not washing dirty nappies!!
I always loved the little drummer boy song/story - I've got a great African drum to use for Him!
And a nice, warm comfy blanket.
And lots and lots of love...

What could I possibly offer him that hasn't been suggested.
HMMMM?
Besides my love and adoration
My body to do good works
My heart to lend compassion
My gift......My service.
And a good pair of walking shoes....I hate dusty feet so I'd have to add some baby wipes for in between washings.
I guess a baby would be a little young for some Reese's peanut butter cups, hey ;)
