grabbed a cup of coffee, kicked off my shoes,
and returned to my bed:)
maggie jumped up on the bed with me and proceeded to wiggle her way under my covers. as she did so, i noticed mia was lying on the back of the chair looking through the blinds at the birds on our front law.
everything was pretty quiet...
until
the cat jumped off the back of the chair
and did a nose-dive...
into the window!!!
i looked over to see that her head was caught
between two blinds and her paws between two different ones.
the cat was dazed for a second
then pulled herself from the blinds,
which she had annihilated!!!
she shook herself and licked her wounds
only to perch herself back up on the back of the chair
like nothing had ever happened:/
darn cat!!!
(fortunately for her, i love her regardless;)
now, i'm off to go blind shopping...
love and blessings,
dani xx

Silly Cat!!! hahaha!
My cat often has "fights" through the window with other cats or birds.
Have fun shopping for new blinds :)
Hope you have a great weekend!!

That is funny! Poor birdie--she must have been horrified ;)
Too funny! I love watching funny cat videos. They just crack me up at how dumb they can be..
Our cat used to hide & then pounce out at us when we would walk by. She was such a fun cat. The cat we have now - she's ok. Nothing great. Sometimes she likes to be petted but not much.
I had a cat get tangled up in the blind a few years ago. If I wasn't home to save her, she would have be strangled by the cords. Cats are goofy.
Poor kitty! I love the look of injured dignity I get from my cat when he pulls stunts like that...
I love nothing better than a bit of Cat Humor now and then.
They really pull some of the funniest antics. And if it doesn't always work out for them, they just saunter away with an attitude that says; "I meant to do that"!
do cats get embarrassed? b/c this would be a moment when she should. Ha!
Hahahahahahaaha
Mia...I worry sometimes.

Hi Dani
How are you? I am so sorry to read that you have the flu. The flu knocks you for six and I hope that you are recovering and feeling better with each new day.
What a spectacle to see your cat diving through your blinds. Crazy little thing.
Lots of love and big hugs
Elise
