tuesday tidbits...

finally, a plumber arrived at our house to fix the faucet last wednesday (yes, 4 days AFTER john "fixed" the bathroom faucet")!!!
how many of you think our water bill will reflect that we refilled our swimming pool rather than had a bath tub leak???

when john finally came around after his colonoscopy procedure... he informed katherine and chico that he felt as though he'd been violated!!!
i wonder what he'd feel like if he had to make a trip to the gynecologist once a year??? better yet, pop out a baby or three, HA!!!???
i love my pitiful little patient:D

in honor of his procedure, the notorious d sent him this:

he loved it!!!
i love lou rawls (he reminds me of my wgn childhood and watching the "soul train")!!!

now that our plumbing is REALLY fixed (thank you, henry, the plumber;), my 7 month old refrigerator is leaking water from the ice maker. darn water!!!
don't worry; john told me to call the appliance store:)
(dani sighs a BIG sigh of relief:)...

"did you know they have shin kicking contests in ireland???"
that was the question the notorious d's son, sam, threw out for discussion at the dinner table saturday night.
oh my GOODNESS, i love and miss my baby boy:[
again, why did you move and take my baby from me, d???

i started walking... with maggie:)
i bought her a harness; she totally digs it!!!
she thinks going for a "real walk" rocks:)
(lmlazyao, my jury is still out on this one (the "real" walking part!!!)

i know i didn't write a mosses monday entry this week...
little mavinga's story won out yesterday!!!
(isn't he just a baby doll!!!)

finally, i hope you have a terrific tuesday:)

love and blessings,
dani xx

I bet Maggie is way excited. What a great thing that she likes to walk. Bentley didn't ever get use to a leash.

Glad your plumbing woes are behind you. And Johns plumbing woes are "behind" him. Pun intended.

Have a great Tuesday too Dani.

Poor John and his violation ~ BUT as you said ~ he should try that yearly visit you mentioned (I hate it ha ha ).
The walking sounds great! It has worked for me (aswell as the not eating chocolate part ha ha ) ~ so I hope it works for you too! You just have to post a picture of Maggie Pie in her harness on the blog ~ Lauren wants to see too!!
Love and big hugs XXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Dani my dear, I am so sorry to have missed so many of your posts. Last week was pretty crazy with my mom in the hospital and all. And now looking through almost a week's worth of your posts I realize how badly I have neglected you. At least I haven't missed a fresh episode of Mosses Monday.
Love Ya!

That video is hysterical - HA! There's nothing worse than water and plumbing problems - is there?!

Hope you are having a good week, Dani - see you - Kellan

Violated is the right word.

For me, the worst part is the giant spot light they turn on down there.

HILARIOUS!!!!! I'm rolling out here! I missed the Mosses, but figured that you must work on the government schedule, and like my mail person (whom I was awaiting timely mail from!) had the day off. :)

Hi Dani

The notorious D comes to the rescue by putting a smile on John's face about his "violation". That video is hilarious and all patients due to have this procedure should get this video with their pre admission info.

I am happy to hear that your dear John is appreciating his limits when it comes to fixing the ice maker in your fridge.

Maggie will be a good motivator to keep you walking. Are you going to post a picture of your baby in her new harness? I would love to see a picture of Maggie sporting her new harness.

Lots of love and hug
Elise
