i have had a very relaxing day (again, HA!!!) with my girls (maggie, katherine and her best friend, hannah). we did get chinese (empress chicken for me and kat... sweet and sour for hannah and john: YUM!!!).
i will behave; but, can i still stay grounded??? after that jaunt to the supermarket, i really prefer to be grounded, lol!!!
however, i do have to get out tomorrow to pick up the things i need to make brunch for my guy for father's day and take katherine to get him a card and a gift...
have a lovely afternoon and evening. (being more than a half of a day behind you, i'm heading to bed:)

ps the rib removal was a necessity to keep my crazy blood flowing...
the worst thing about it was i cannot take any form of narcotics. so, over the counter extra strength tylenol was ALL i could take post surgery.

My sweetie took me out for Chinese last night!! I also love the spicy stuff. :) It's the best. I had a great helping of General Tso's chicken - complete with hot peppers floating in the sauce. MMM! :)

We celebrated father's day last week here in Belgium. With us it's always the second Sunday of June (and mother's day the second Sunday of May).

i don't know how nor who chooses when we celebrate, honestly. but, i think mother's and father's days fall may/june (respectively) on the sundays after the first full, two weeks of the month.
i still haven't gotten out to shop, so who knows... ha!!! katherine and i might shop online and print out his gift. now that would be pretty safe, huh???;D
